Once logging into your Workwize account, you can find the estimated time of delivery on the product information page. You will also be able to see the shipment status attached to your order. That status indicates in which state of phase your shipment currently is. You can find the different shipment statuses below with their individual explanations:
- Pending: The status of the order or delivery is not yet determined or awaiting further action.
- Order Received: The seller has received the order but has not yet begun processing it.
- Order Being Processed: The order is being prepared and processed by the seller.
- Preparing Shipment: The seller is getting the package ready for shipment.
- In Transit: The package is on its way to the delivery address.
- Delivery Appointment Scheduled: A specific time for delivery has been arranged with the recipient.
- Available for Pickup: The package is ready to be picked up by the recipient from a designated location.
- Picked Up by Customer: The recipient has collected the package from a pickup point or delivery location.
- Being stocked at warehouse: Shipment received by warehouse. This status indicates that the shipment is currently being stocked in at a warehouse and will soon be ready to order.
- Delivered: The package has been delivered to the recipient.
- Failed Attempt: The delivery attempt was unsuccessful, and the package might be held for re-delivery or pickup.
- Returning to Sender: The package is being sent back to the original sender.
- Expired: The delivery status is no longer valid or the tracking information is outdated.
You will also receive additional delivery information via email once your order is in transit. This email will show live tracking information of your order.
If you ordered more than one item, please keep an eye out for multiple tracking emails, as your order may be shipped in a partial shipment.
